1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShareTeamCodes service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ShareTeamCodes on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

ShareTeamCodes provides secure routing and controlled viewing of multi-factor authentication (MFA) messages and codes for organizations. The service includes:

  • SMS profile provisioning with dedicated phone numbers
  • Email profile provisioning with dedicated inbound addresses
  • TOTP authenticator management
  • Integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams
  • Audit logging and compliance features

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShareTeamCodes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:

  • Use ShareTeamCodes to access accounts you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Share access credentials or bypass authentication on systems without proper authorization
  • Use ShareTeamCodes for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of ShareTeamCodes is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit, and we do not access your message contents except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are based on the number of active profiles and your selected plan tier. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareTeamCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
